Where is my data stored?
Your photos and finished pets live on your own computer. Cloud sync is optional and labelled as such โ see the privacy policy.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once a companion exists. Pets you already have run without a connection. Creating a new one and AI chat need the internet.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows 10 and 11 today. macOS is in beta โ the build exists but has not been through a public release yet.
What exactly do I get for $8.80?
Background removal, a full animation set (idle, walk, play, sleep), and a written personality for one companion made from your photo.
Can I get a refund?
Yes โ if a creation fails it is refunded automatically, and we handle other cases case by case. See the refund policy.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@getpawdwell.com from your account address and we will remove everything within 30 days. Details in the privacy policy.
